This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional who understands the operational demands of education and is looking to play a key strategic role within a developing trust. Key Role Information Position: School Business Manager Location: Wembley, London Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 (depending on experience) Start Date: ASAP or September 2026 Sector Experience Required: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a school, college or university environment Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the business and operational functions of the school/trust Oversee financial management, budgeting and resource planning Manage areas including HR, payroll, estates, compliance and administration Support the Headteacher and senior leadership team with strategic planning Ensure compliance with DfE regulations, safeguarding and financial governance Oversee procurement, contracts and supplier management Lead operational staff teams and ensure effective service delivery across the school About the Trust The role sits within a small but ambitious Multi-Academy Trust that is continuing to expand.
