Job Description:
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain real-world experience while working towards a TeamLeader Apprenticeship qualification. You'll support the operations lead in a range of key areas including hand fulfilment, warehouse duties, and third-party logistics, while learning the skills needed to progress into a future leadership role at Flow Group.
As our apprentice, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day running of our warehouse and fulfilment operations. You'll be expected to get involved in everything from picking and packing orders to helping build and dispatch eye-catching FSDUs (Free Standing Display Units) and understanding the full 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) process.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with hand fulfilment tasks, and help manage a small team
* Learn how to build and prepare FSDUs, understanding their structure and timings
* Understand and support 3PL operations
* Pick, pack, and prepare customer and business orders accurately and efficiently
* Learn the most effective methods for order fulfilment and dispatch
* Use our in-house systems to process, and manage stock
* Support general warehouse duties, including stock checks, and goods-in and out.
* Use computerised systems, barcode scanners and other technology to record the movement of goods
* Learn the importance of timings and planning in a fast-paced fulfilment environment
* Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
* Proactively contribute to a positive, safe, and organised working environment

Contract: Permanent, with three months' probation period
Hours: Full time, 35 hours p/w Monday – Friday
