Job Overview
General Assistant full and part time, you'll play a key role in the smooth running of the bowling alley, handling a mix of customer service, food preparation, bar work and operational duties.
You'll be responsible for opening and closing the venue ensuring guests have a safe, fun and enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities
* Securely open and close the bowling alley following company procedures
* Greet and assist guests, handle bookings and answer queries.
* Maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere at all times
* prepare and cook a range of menu items e.g snacks, burgers and pizzas.
* Ensure all food is prepared safely and hygienically to required standards
* Serve alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks
* process payments accurately and securely
* Complete cashing up procedures during closing shifts
Experience / Skills
* Previous experience in hospitality, retail or customer service preferred
* Strong communication, multitasking and teamwork abilities
* Reliable, responsible and able to work ANY evenings and weekends is a MUST.

Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour
