What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience (2+ years) in a leadership role within retail or hospitality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Hands-on leadership style, with the ability to motivate and develop your team. Passion for coffee, people, and creating memorable experiences. Computer literacy and a solid understanding of audit processes. Flexible, resilient, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead & Inspire
Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Supervisors and Baristas.
Foster an inclusive, motivating environment where everyone is encouraged to thrive.
Create a positive culture through feedback, recognition, and day-to-day support.
Drive Results
Take full ownership of store performance—hitting targets, analysing data, and acting on insights.
Maximise profitability while maintaining exceptional customer service.
Execute local marketing initiatives and community engagement activities.
Operational Excellence
Oversee day-to-day operations including staffing, inventory, scheduling, and quality control.
Ensure all store activities meet Starbucks and EG Group standards for safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
Maintain stock levels while managing costs and delivering budgeted margins.
Be the Voice of the Brand
Communicate updates and company initiatives to the team clearly and consistently.
Champion the customer experience—be the face of the store, resolving issues and building guest loyalty.
Create a warm, welcoming environment for every guest, every time.
