As the face of the company, you'll provide a warm and professional front-of-house service while also supporting our administrative and office functions. Key Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and enquiries promptly and efficiently. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, welcoming, and reflective of our brand. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier arrangements. Provide administrative support to office and management teams, including scheduling, filing, and preparing documents. Assist with coordinating meetings, booking rooms, and arranging refreshments. Skills & Experience Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or administrative role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional telephone manner. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise. Confident in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general IT systems.
