Description
The Headteacher and Governing Body seek to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and inspirational Class Teacher to join our staffing team from September 2026.

The successful candidate will:
1. Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
2. Be keen to join a compassionate, trauma-informed community
3. Have experience of, or interest in, working with pupils with special educational needs
4. Be an excellent classroom practitioner who motivates and inspires pupils to engage and achieve
5. Deliver a broad, balanced and differentiated curriculum that enables pupils to achieve their personal potential
6. Have high expectations of achievement and behaviour
7. Be committed to breaking down barriers to learning
8. Be passionate about inclusion and opportunities for pupils with learning and additional needs
9. Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team
10. Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
