Location: Seaford
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (pro-rata) depending on experience
Hours : Permanent, Full-time or Part-time (minimum 4 days, with flexibility on days)

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Legal Assistant to join our friendly Commercial team in Seaford.
Key Responsibilities
The Commercial Legal Assistant will provide direct support to the Practitioner, for example by:
Assisting clients both in person and by telephone, providing support in a professional and friendly manner;
Making appointments, arranging meetings and diary management for the Practitioner;
Providing support and guidance to other members of the team and wider team;
Preparing correspondence and documents including audio-typing;
File management;
Preparing mail and enclosures for despatch;
Arranging for all copying to be completed;
Securing the confidentiality and security of the firm's client documentation and information;
Committing time to training and self-development.
Skills and Qualifications
Legal experience essential
Property legal experience preferred
