The Role
* Teaching Music across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 depending on experience
* Leading on teaching and learning within the Music department
* Supporting curriculum development and assessment strategies
* Driving high standards in performance, composition, and theory
* Contributing to concerts, productions, and enrichment opportunities
* Coaching and supporting colleagues to ensure consistent high-quality practice
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* A degree in Music or a closely related subject
* Proven experience teaching Music at secondary level
* A strong track record of excellent classroom practice and pupil progress
* Experience supporting colleagues or leading initiatives within a department
* High expectations for pupil engagement, behaviour, and musical achievement
