Contentious Probate Solicitor (Hybrid Working – 2 office days per week)
Up to £50,000 plus excellent benefits
Bristol, or Stratford-Upon-Avon

In this role, you’ll manage a caseload of disputes and litigation relating to estates. You'll also have the opportunity to assist senior colleagues on larger cases and engage in property litigation matters. With a growing probate team, this role offers the chance to build a rewarding career.
What you’ll do:
* Manage a caseload of disputes and litigation related to estates
* Provide support on larger cases and work collaboratively with senior members of the team
* Engage with clients primarily via phone and email
* Ensure cases are accurately updated with correct information
* Provide technical support to colleagues as required
* Drive your own development with ongoing support from the team
This role would suit people who have:
* Qualified as a solicitor, CILEX-qualified, or nearing the end of your training contract
* Some experience in contentious probate or significant experience in probate law
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a caseload
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* A client-focused approach, always putting the client's interests first
