Senior Hospitality Service Manager – Rooms Based at LGH Hotels Management Ltd
The Holiday Inn Glasgow Airport is part of the LGH Hotels Management portfolio. This role reports in partnership with an experienced General Manager to oversee all hotel operations and apply expertise across all operational departments.

Ideal Candidate
 * You will be an adaptable head of department or a senior member of the operations team with strong management experience within a similar sized property.
 * Commercial acumen and a proven track record in improving business metrics.
 * Credibility and personal drive; you will be visible amongst the team.
 * Will be a key ambassador across the hotel, personally promoting the hotel whilst ensuring your team does the same.
 * Exceptional level of numeracy and literacy skills.
 * Excellent communication skills.
 * Ability to produce and analyse reports to drive the performance of the hotel.
 * Manage and lead the team through periods of change with an authentic and genuine demeanour.
 * Deputise in General Manager's absence

The Holiday Inn Glasgow Airport is located within the Glasgow International Airport complex, with easy access to the city centre. The hotel features 300 modern bedrooms, a Meetings & Events facility, free Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and dining options including a traditional Scottish breakfast and a 24-hour room service menu. The hotel also offers 18 flexible meeting rooms for up to 250 delegates and is in proximity to the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre and the Intu Braehead complex.
