Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations within our assisted living facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in senior care, with specific expertise in dementia and Alzheimer's care. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to ensure the highest standards of care and support for our residents while managing a team of caregivers.
Duties
* Develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to individual resident needs, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
* Supervise and manage staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective delivery of care services.
* Oversee daily operations of the care home, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents.
* Coordinate medication administration and monitor health conditions of residents, liaising with healthcare professionals as necessary.
* Foster a culture of compassion and respect among staff while promoting teamwork and collaboration.
* Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and satisfaction, making adjustments to care plans as required.
* Maintain accurate records related to resident care and staff performance, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
* Engage with families and guardians to provide updates on resident progress and address any concerns or questions.
Experience
* Proven experience in assisted living or nursing home settings is essential.
* Background in nursing or senior care management is highly desirable.
* Demonstrated experience in supervising staff within a healthcare environment.
* Familiarity with dementia and Alzheimer's care practices is an advantage.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on empathy and understanding towards residents' needs.

Pay: £2,000.00-£2,500.00 per month
