Are you a skilled and organised administrator looking to make a meaningful contribution to a nationally significant research initiative? The University of Lincoln is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CDT Project Coordinator to support the delivery of the £10.9m UKRI-funded AI Centre for Doctoral Training in Sustainable Understandable agrifood Systems Transformed by Artificial INtelligence (SUSTAIN).
Based at our Riseholme Campus, you will work closely with the CDT Project Manager to ensure the smooth running of this UK-wide, multi-institutional programme. You'll coordinate a wide range of activities including student recruitment and support, event planning, financial administration, and stakeholder engagement across our partner universities: Aberdeen, Queen's Belfast and Strathclyde.
This is a dynamic and varied role requiring excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. You'll be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed and accurate records, producing reports, managing travel and logistics, and supporting management meetings. You'll also play a key role in developing and implementing communications strategies, including website, social media and newsletters.
We're looking for someone with a degree or equivalent experience, outstanding administration skills, and a customer-focused approach. Experience in project coordination and student administration within a higher education setting is desirable. You should be confident working independently within a small team, managing competing priorities, and liaising with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a cutting-edge programme that will train the next generation of AI specialists to address global challenges in sustainable food production.
