* Co-ordinate and develop non-medical clinical placements across the organisation
* Ensure compliance with the organisation's and / or One Gloucestershire's Learning and Development Agreement and other educational contracts
* Ensure practice supervisors and practice assessors are developed to support non-medical learners in practice
* Ensure sufficient, suitably qualified practice supervisors and practice assessors are available to support practice learning and maintain and sustain an up to date data register for the organisation which reflects the needs of the learner numbers and placements
* Work with academic colleagues from higher and further education providing training and practice support to ensure registered practitioners are supported to act as appropriate practice supervisors and practice assessors to non-medical clinical students.
