We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Staff Nurse to join our forward-thinking team on the In-Patient Unit. The ideal candidate will confidently create, support, and maintain a nursing culture that is open to change, new concepts, and innovation, while influencing Trinity’s overall strategy and direction. The role requires working alternative shift patterns over a 24-hour period to support the needs of the service.
You should have excellent communication skills and be competent in working across the wider multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include improving the patient experience, safeguarding high standards, nurturing an environment of clinical excellence, and supporting the senior nursing team. You will plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring that the physical, psychological, and spiritual needs of patients are met.
