What We’re Looking For
A hospitality pro—either an experienced GM or a Deputy Manager ready to step up
A hands-on leader who rolls up their sleeves and gets stuck in
Proven ability to grow sales, manage P&L, and balance labour with performance
People skills that win over teams and guests alike
Flexibility to adapt and travel across our pubs
A clean driving licence and the right to work in the UK
