About The Company

The owner and RI has a very hands-on approach; she makes sure that she knows each single member of staff personally. She is always there to discuss any issues you may have.

About The Role
You will assist with:
* Carrying out care plan reviews
* Staff monitoring, spot checks & compliance
* Emergency management: you must be capable of dealing with emergencies calmly & efficiently
* Manning the on-call mobile once a week & as otherwise required
* Supporting management to maintain the smooth running of the company
Key Responsibilities Include
* Monitoring and maintaining compliance with CIW standards
* Supporting and supervising care staff in the community to maintain high standards
* Assisting with the assessment and setup of new service user packages
* Maintaining accurate records
* Promoting professionalism and trust
About You
You should have:
* A clear DBS
* A full driving license and use of a car for work
* A proven ability to lead and supervise others desirable
* Ideally, QCF 3 in Health & Social Care
You Should Be
* Confident to work alone as well as part of a team
* Approachable
* Flexible
* Excellent communication and literacy skills
* Not under a disciplinary or safeguarding investigation
