Job Title: Water Treatment Account / Sales Manager
Location: Guildford, Surrey
Salary/Benefits: £35k - £50k + Training & Benefits
We are recruiting on behalf of a privately-owned Water Treatment specialist, who have imminent plans for revenue growth. They are seeking a hands-on and proactive Water Treatment Account / Sales Manager, who can implement successful sales strategies and support continued company success. Applicants must be able to demonstrate strong technical knowledge, and will have a proven track record of winning new business within Water Treatment, Cooling Tower, Steam Boilers and Closed System contracts. This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone ambitious who would be interested in moulding and developing an up-and-coming outfit within the industry. Experience / Qualifications:
* Must have a successful track record as a Water Treatment Account / Sales Manager
* Will have strong sales experience and knowledge
* Able to demonstrate strong knowledge of HSG 274 and ACOP L8 compliance standards
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Professional manner
* Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
* Able to travel in line with company needs
The Role:
* Using existing industry experience, you will be supporting the overall growth of a medium-sized Water Treatment outfit
* Identifying new client leads and following up to secure new business
* Highlighting gaps in the business, in which to expand
* Using various sales techniques to on-board and find new clients
* Monitoring project progress to guarantee
* Ensuring clients are receiving a high level of service
* Meeting with prospective clients to establish their requirements
* Devising thorough growth plans and forecasting for the future
* Meeting with members of management and Directors to discuss progress
* Upselling of services to exisiting clients
* Producing detailed tenders and quotations for clients
* Being a key point of contact for engineers and clients
