Job Description
An established London law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Consultant to provide flexible, ad hoc support to a busy partner and their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer or consultant looking for high-quality work with autonomy and flexibility.
The Role
You will assist on a range of real estate finance matters, including:
- Supporting on investment and development financing transactions
- Drafting and reviewing facility agreements, security documents, and ancillary finance documentation
- Assisting with transaction management and deal execution
- Providing technical input on structuring and risk considerations
Candidate Profile
- Significant experience in real estate finance gained in private practice or an in-house environment
- Strong drafting skills and the ability to work independently
- Commercial, pragmatic approach with excellent stakeholder management
- Availability to support on a flexible, as-needed basis
