The Role
As Chief of Staff and Coach, you will be instrumental in supporting executive leadership, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering high-quality coaching services. This is a pivotal position designed to ensure operational excellence, effective cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Support: Partner with executive leadership to drive key projects and ensure organizational alignment with business goals.
* Coaching Excellence: Deliver executive coaching to senior leaders and cultivate a culture of high performance and development.
* Operational Efficiency: Streamline processes, implement best practices, and enhance operational effectiveness across divisions.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with corporate clients, internal teams, and external partners.
* Project Management: Oversee strategic initiatives, track progress, and ensure timely execution of critical business projects.
* Team Development: Mentor and support senior staff, facilitating leadership growth and organizational capability.
* Innovation: Integrate emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance coaching and business operations.
Candidate Profile
* 8+ years of senior management or Chief of Staff experience in executive coaching, consulting, or related fields.
* Proven ability to support executive teams, manage complex projects, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
* Demonstrated expertise in executive coaching, leadership development, and stakeholder management.
* Strong commercial awareness, strategic thinking, and operational acumen.
* Experience with innovation, business transformation, or technology integration (AI experience advantageous).
* Outstanding communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
