A well-established business is looking for a HR Assistant to ensure the smooth running of processes across a wide range of industries, covering compliance, employee management and training events.
This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week; however, part-time hours will be considered.
As HR Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
1. Acting as first point of contract for routine queries, escalating more complex matters as appropriate.
2. Providing administrative support during employee relations meetings including note taking.
3. Supporting projects such as engagement initiatives, policy updates and drafting Handbooks and contracts of employment and other compliance documents.
4. Maintaining accurate client records in various systems in line with GDPR requirements & follow up of projects with timely actions.
5. Supporting client recruitment processes including drafting job adverts, coordinating interviews and issuing offer letters and contracts.
6. Supporting with casework such as absence management, disciplinary and grievance investigations.
7. Supporting with develop and implement annual appraisal and performance related pay schemes within client organisations and ongoing management of these reviews.
