Support daily routines, personal care, and social activities
Help young people develop independence and life skills
Create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment
Work flexibly as part of a friendly, dedicated team
What We’re Looking For
A caring, patient, and committed approach
Flexibility to work day and night shifts
A current DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
Previous experience is helpful but not essential – heart and commitment matter most
