I am working in partnership with a leading retail opticians and audiology business, founded in 1928. My client is an independent, family-owned and family run company who believe our people are the key to success and longevity.
The company has grown to have 35 stores, all special and unique – 25 fully owned, 7 franchised, 2 co-owned and 1 business operating under its own name.
I am searching for a qualified Mobile Optometrist to join a friendly practice team. This is a full time position that may include weekend working.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and sight tests
* Deliver a range of clinical services including emergency eye care, paediatric services, and myopia management
* Provide tailored recommendations based on individual patient needs
* Maintain high clinical and professional standards in line with GOC requirements
* Work across a number of practice locations within your designated area
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of new team members
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and maintain performance standards
* Ensure all clinical equipment is properly maintained and compliant
