Requirements
1. Meet the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), establishing and maintain customer records
2. Ability to deputise for Team Leader
3. Thorough knowledge of C-MeX - Forward thinking, enjoys coming up with ideas and challenges the status quo
4. Ability to make decisions under pressure and efficiently deal with escalated and complex customer issues and complaints
5. Ability to coach Advisors to support optimum performance
6. Highly motivated, energetic, professional with a confident telephone manner
7. Excellent communications and influencing skills, promoting services which enrich the customer relationship & support the customer circumstances
8. Focussed approach to meeting First Contact Resolution (FCR)
