Finance and Strategy Associate

We’re looking for a Finance and Strategy Associate to join our London team. In this role, you’ll provide analytic‑driven insight to support decision‑makers and model strategic initiatives to lead the long‑term growth of the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Finance & Strategy (F&S) team. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will act as a key business partner to our central functions including Finance & Legal responsible for cost management across both People & Non‑People costs.
Here’s what your day‑to‑day might look like:
* Strategic Business Partnering: Act as a key advisor to stakeholders up to VP level, providing proactive, high‑quality analysis to influence the top and bottom line.
* Planning & Budgeting: Play a lead role in the Annual Planning process for a strategic department, translating initiatives into robust targets and long‑range plans.
* Performance Management: Manage monthly P&L reporting and commentary for business reviews, identifying risks and opportunities against the annual plan.
* Insight Generation: Use advanced modelling to understand underlying performance drivers and provide the “why” behind the numbers to senior management.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
* Proven Analytical Impact: Significant experience in an analytical, strategic, or commercial role (such as investment banking, consulting, or a high‑growth tech environment).
* Senior Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to influence senior leaders and present complex financial data with confidence and clarity.
* Advanced Financial Modelling: Strong expertise in building complex models in GSheet or Excel to solve difficult, unstructured problems.
* Financial Qualification: Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) and/or an MBA.
* Commercial Acumen: A strong understanding of P&L drivers and the ability to translate business actions into financial outcomes.
* Nice to Have: Experience working within a dynamic, three‑sided marketplace. Previous experience in a “Business Partnering” specific capacity.

* We aim to pay every employee competitively for the role they are performing in their respective location.
