As a Fabric Engineer you will be:
* Supporting wet room maintenance and repairs such as shower repairs, trays, flooring, and wall panels
* Plumbing including fixing leaks, taps, toilets, basins and pipework
* Patch tiling and silicone sealing
* Carpentry including door repairs, locks, hinges and handles
* Responding to day-to-day maintenance call-outs
I'd love to speak to anyone who has:
1. Proven experience doing general maintenance in hospitals or care homes
2. Multi trade experience, with the ability to undertake a range of building and maintenance tasks
3. Knowledge of building materials
4. Have an clean DBS or be able to do one
