The Firm Our client, a leading London law firm, are seeking a Legal PA to join the Central London office. The Opportunity The successful Legal PA will provide secretarial and administrative support to Partners in their busy Real Estate team. Duties to include: Preparing and typing letters, deeds and documents Opening files and issuing initial letters and forms to clients Liaising with solicitors and estate agents Obtaining property and bankruptcy searches Assisting with client billing Drafting completion statements, preparing slips for accounts and handling calls on the day of completion Preparing and submitting SDLT returns and Land Registry applications Assisting with Land Registry requisitions Closing files and preparing deeds for storage Managing deeds requests This Legal PA opportunity is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm The Requirements At least 4 year's experience working as a Legal Secretary or Legal PA within a law firm Must have experience supporting a busy Real Estate team within a law firm Benefits Hybrid working Excellent benefits packageTo be considered for this opportunity please contact Birchrose Associates for a confidential discussion.
