Location: Hybrid – once a week at Burview Hall, Walton-on-Thames / 4 days from home
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week

Role summary
As Business Operations Manager, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the future of Elmbridge Mencap. Working closely with the Board of Trustees, you’ll lead a dedicated team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the charity, while driving forward its strategic ambitions. This is a chance to bring fresh energy, innovation, and vision to a well-loved organisation, helping it grow and thrive in new and meaningful ways.

* A relationship-builder – experienced in forging strong partnerships with councils, funders, and other organisations through successful funding applications and bids.
* A confident leader – able to inspire and manage a team, while ensuring operational excellence and financial sustainability.
Working arrangements
This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working, with regular visits to Burview Hall to connect with staff, volunteers, and service users. You’ll be joining a charity with a proud history and a bold vision for the future – and you’ll be at the heart of making that vision a reality.
