Are you an experienced technical sales professional with a proven track record of selling into the construction industry, particularly within access solutions? Do you thrive on building strong relationships with architects, contractors, and key decision-makers to drive growth and deliver results?
We’re looking for a Technical Sales Manager to cover London and the South East, with responsibility for driving the sales pipeline and ensuring our brand remains the go-to choice for access products in the commercial construction sector.
What You’ll Do

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive growth across your territory.

Identify and research new project opportunities, building long-term relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and specifiers.

Promote our comprehensive access product range by delivering CPDs and tailored presentations.
*
Act as the key escalation point for major projects, providing technical expertise and product specification support.
*
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
*
Track and manage your sales pipeline, keeping leadership updated on performance and opportunities.
*
Monitor market trends and customer feedback to recommend strategic product and service improvements.
What We’re Looking For

Strong background in technical sales within the construction sector, ideally with access solutions or similar building products.

Excellent knowledge of specification selling, project tracking, and tender processes.
*
Skilled communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.
*
Highly self-motivated, organised, and results-driven.
*
Comfortable using CRM systems and proficient with Microsoft Office.
