Position Details:
* Contract Type: 13-Week Contract, Full-Time
* Hiring Company: Sunbelt Staffing - Nationwide Healthcare Staffing Agency
* Client: Nationwide Home Health Agency
* Location: Baker City, OR and surrounding areas
* Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with occasional weekends and on-call
* Productivity: 25 visits per week
* Mileage: $0.48 per visit
* Pay: Negotiable based on experience and territory, with stipend pay packages available for travelers
* Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) after 90 days
Position Requirements:
* Active Oregon (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) License
* Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification
* Minimum of 1 year of hospice experience
* Proficiency in Homecare Homebase required
* Reliable transportation
* Joint Commission onboarding upon offer
Position Duties:
* Administer skilled nursing care and treatments as prescribed by physicians
* Maintain accurate documentation of all patient care activities
* Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and high-quality care delivery
* Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences
* Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations governing home health services
