Sales Representative role at Financial & Credit Independence
CareerMakers Recruitment is looking for a Sales Representative to join our busy client in Accrington, BB5.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a sales strategy to target potential clients and increase market share in the manufacturing sector.
* Identify new business opportunities by researching and prospecting potential clients across various industries.
* Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
* Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet revenue targets.
* Provide technical and product support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and production, to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
* Keep up to date with market trends, competitors, and new product developments.
* Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
Qualifications / Experience
* Proven track record in sales within the manufacturing industry.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
* Self‑motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* A good understanding of technical products and solutions related to the manufacturing sector.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
* Knowledge of Salesforce would be desirable but not essential.
