Job Description:
Are you experienced in manufacturing maintenance and looking to develop your career in the reliability area?
As a Reliability Engineer, you will be a key member of the maintenance department, ensuring the application of maintenance procedures, methods, and best practices. Your responsibilities include investigating incidents, signaling trends using statistical analysis, coordinating mechanical inspections, and developing maintenance concepts for maintenance execution across the department. You will work closely with the Maintenance Planner using the CMMS system on site. You will be responsible for the long-term preventative maintenance program, including mechanical and electrical maintenance, and modification work on the factory, from inspection programs or improvement projects planned by the Maintenance Planner, ensuring they meet technical standards.
Requirements
* Minimum five years of experience in maintenance and reliability roles in a manufacturing environment.
* Education: Mechanical Engineering degree.
* Supervisory experience is preferred.
* Knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance, Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA).
* Experience with Root Cause Analysis and fault finding.
* A willingness to embrace change and contribute to continuous improvements.
Key responsibilities include:
* Designing and participating in critical equipment inspections.
* Analyzing critical equipment damage and evaluating repair options.
* Maintaining good working conditions and safety standards.
* Analyzing critical plant assets and ensuring appropriate inspection procedures.
* Improving and updating the preventive maintenance program, focusing on inspection and lubrication, to ensure quality service.
* Coordinating with other departments to facilitate inspections, condition monitoring, and improvement projects.
* Leading the implementation of Root Cause Analysis techniques.
* Assisting in budget preparation and supporting improvement and CAPEX projects, ensuring compliance with financial, health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Collaborating with the Maintenance Supervisor for major shutdown planning.
* Assisting the Maintenance Planner with tools, materials, and equipment planning for preventive maintenance.
* Training subordinates based on gap analysis.
* Monitoring mechanical installation, repair, and maintenance works to ensure standards are met.
* Preparing reports for the Maintenance Manager.
