A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Engineer to join a Globally known manufacturer in the Swindon Area

Role and Responsibilities:
* Conduct planned and reactive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using root cause analysis and lean tools.
* Support continuous improvement projects and equipment upgrades.
* Maintain GMP:compliant documentation and follow change control procedures.
* Collaborate with teams and coordinate contractor activities, including permits and orders.
* Work within cleanroom environments, adhering to safety and quality standards.
* Provide technical training and support to colleagues; cover team roles when needed.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* Recognised qualification in mechanical, electrical, or automation engineering.
* Hands:on experience in a manufacturing or high:tech environment.
* Proficient in diagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions.
* Knowledge of GMP standards and clean room protocols.
* Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
* Strong organisational, documentation, and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
