Care Assistant NIGHTS – Harbour Healthcare
We’re recruiting caring and enthusiastic Care Assistants to work the night shift at Barrington Lodge Care Home. Join us in providing outstanding support and companionship to residents.
Base Pay Range
Location: Barrington Lodge Care Home, DL14 6XX.
Pay: £12.22 per hour.
Flexible working patterns available to suit your needs.
Responsibilities
* Support residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing and toileting.
* Assist with mobility and transfer, ensuring safety and comfort.
* Encourage and participate in leisure activities such as arts and crafts, music, drama, gardening, shopping trips and social occasions.
* Maintain accurate care records and communicate changes in health or well‑being to the care team.
* Provide a warm, respectful and dignified environment for all residents.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Empathy, patience and a genuine desire to care for others.
* No previous experience required – we provide all training.
* Willingness to obtain a qualification in health and social care if not already held.
* Enhanced DBS check for children and adults required.
