Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial and Pricing Analyst to join our community hub team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's core operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing and submitting fee uplift proposals.
Track negotiation outcomes, including offers, rejections, and legal escalations.
Maintain and update the fee uplift tracker with accurate data
Compile cost of care data and confirm support hours for packages.
Ensure alignment between cost files and tracker entries.
Prepare documentation for billing and legal escalation.
Draft and send fee uplift letters and correspondence.
Liaise with internal teams and external funders to resolve fee disputes.
Provide updates to the Head of Pricing and contribute to team meetings.
Manage shared mailboxes
Respond to internal and external queries
Requirements: Proven experience supporting fee negotiations
Advanced Excel skills and confidence with data tracking tools.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Clear, professional, written, and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Experience handling confidential and sensitive information appropriately
