Who are we?
We are seeking a passionate Pizzaiolo ready for the next step in their career as we open recruitment for a Senior Pizzaiolo (asst. Head Pizzaiolo) at Newcastle's brand new Neapolitan Pizza dining concept. We need you to be able to work the kitchen the Neapolitan way, producing the city's most authentic Neapolitan Pizza
Who are you?
Ideally the perfect candidate will have a big personality, real passion and solid experience in the art of the Neapolitan Pizza along with the necessary experience in food safety and running of a busy kitchen in supporting the Head Pizzaiolo. You will be ready to take second-lead in the kitchen being in an existing similar role as Pizzaiolo, or ready to jump to the next step and grow with us. Pizza is pretty much all that Sanco is about, therefore you will be front and centre in this unique concept. This is a pre-opening role, allowing the ideal candidate to truly put their stamp on the kitchen and small team they will be responsible for.
