We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our friendly team at Fego Sunningdale. This is a full-time, daytime-only position – perfect for someone who loves hospitality but wants a better work-life balance, with no late nights.

What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a supervisor or assistant manager role in a busy restaurant.
Someone who’s confident, hands-on, and leads from the front on the restaurant floor.
Great at multitasking and decision-making under pressure.
A strong communicator who works well across both front and back of house – we’re one team.
Your Role:
Lead service and ensure every guest receives a warm, memorable experience.
Support the day-to-day running of the restaurant.
Coach and support the team’s development with a positive, can-do attitude.
