Are you ready to take the helm in a dynamic AGILE environment? We are seeking an empowered leader to support the Trim & Final (T&F) Manufacturing Organisation, ensuring seamless collaboration across squads and groups for station readiness.
In this role, you will champion the T&F team’s delivery within our Manufacturing Quality Operating System (MQOS) and Integrated Production System (IPS). You will lead a Scrum Delivery Team, articulating a clear vision and prioritizing tasks based on business impact. As the key point of contact for T&F, you will facilitate decision-making and information flow while managing projects independently and setting operational goals for your team.
Collaboration is key; you will work closely with launch teams to ensure flawless execution of all activities, including station layouts and model year changes. Additionally, your focus on continuous improvement initiatives will drive quality performance and tangible results.
We’re looking for strong leadership and communication skills, along with experience in AGILE methodologies and project management. If you have a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Need
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
* Relevant or previous experience within a fast-paced Manufacturing environment.
* An individual with the capability to combine a short-term, pragmatic focus with medium-term planning.
* Understanding of AGILE process, preferably with completed courses on success factors.
* Experience of Quality Operating Systems including Launch Quality Operating Systems & Integrated Product Structure.
* Experience in Manufacturing processes both Online and Offline.
* Understanding of health and safety processes & procedures.
