Key Responsibilities
* Prepare accurate cost estimates for bespoke joinery and fit-out projects
* Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents
* Measure quantities and assess material, labour, and installation costs
* Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
* Identify risks, exclusions, and value engineering opportunities
* Work closely with design, production, and project teams throughout the tender process
About You
* Experience estimating bespoke joinery, cabinetry, or fit-out projects
* Strong understanding of joinery manufacturing processes and materials
* Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and estimating software
* Strong commercial, analytical, and communication skills
