Cranleigh C of E Primary School is seeking a dedicated and skilled SEN Specialist Teacher to join our inclusive, nurturing school community. This is a unique opportunity to work within our specialist SEND provision, supporting pupils aged 4-11 with a range of complex learning needs.
About the Role
- Deliver high‑quality, specialist teaching and targeted interventions across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Support pupils with multiple learning barriers to make strong academic, social, emotional and communication progress
- Use structured, therapeutic, sensory‑based and multi‑sensory approaches to learning
- Work closely with the SENDCo, teachers, support staff and external professionals to create ambitious and inclusive provision
- Enable pupils to access mainstream learning where appropriate, building confidence and independence

- Has strong knowledge of SEND strategies, interventions and EHCP processes
