Working hours of a Lettings Negotiator:
* Monday to Friday
The successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered:
* Up to £28,000 basic
* OTE up to £32,000
* Medical Insurance
* Free Parking
Lettings Negotiator requirements:
* Full UK Driving Licence
Key tasks of a Lettings Negotiator will include:
* To identify & follow up on new leads/business generation
* · Carrying out viewings at various rental properties
* · Drafting tenancy agreements and renewals
* · Dealing with enquiries via email and telephone
* · Helping build up our client's lettings brand and creating business.
