What will I be doing?
Providing excellent customer service, advising and assisting members of the public on how to use the site to maximize recovery of materials they deposit. Responsibilities include:
* Adopting a flexible approach
* Having a full driving license and own transport is preferable
* Maintaining accurate records of material removal from the site
* Controlling container exchanges by booking loads with the relevant personnel to ensure space for segregating and storing materials
* Keeping the site tidy within your areas of responsibility
* Ensuring SUEZ complies with legal duties regarding health, safety, and welfare of employees and others affected by your actions
* Cooperating with SUEZ and colleagues to comply with site permits, legislation, policies, and procedures
* Performing any other duties reasonably requested within the scope of the job role
What are the requirements?
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who can join the current site team to ensure operations exceed standards, with potential to gain qualifications including IOSH health and safety.
What you will need is:
* Good customer service skills and ability to work in a team
* Prior mobile plant experience is desirable but full training will be provided
* A flexible approach to cover holiday and sick leave if required
* Full driving and/or motorbike license is essential; must be able to travel around sites
* Operating mobile plant is a key part of the role
