Salary:
* Unqualified: Base salary of £24,604.58, earning up to £32,348.58 with sleep-in shifts.
* Qualified: Base salary of £27,107.08, earning up to £34,851.08 with sleep-in shifts.
Location: Poole

We are on the lookout for passionate Residential Support Workers to join our team in Poole. Here, you will be part of a collaborative and supportive environment that values your individuality. Our staff receive specialized training in 'Developmental Trauma' and therapeutic parenting, equipping you to offer the best support possible to our young people.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Support children and young people, understanding the unique challenges they face.
* Work flexible hours, including 7 x 24-hour shifts with sleep-ins over a 3-week rotation (09:00 am - 09:30 am the following day).
* Promote and safeguard the welfare of our young people.
* Build and maintain positive, trusting relationships with the children.
* Collaborate effectively as part of a team, accepting guidance and direction.
* Encourage the development of individual interests and skills of our young people.
* Hold or be willing to work towards a Residential Childcare/Families Practitioner Diploma or equivalent.
* Possess a full UK driving license and a car for travel purposes.
* Exhibit excellent communication and listening skills.
* Be eager to learn and grow in your role.
* Be prepared to undergo an enhanced DBS check, which we will cover.
* Experience with Emotional Behavioral Disorder, Social/Residential Work, or Youth Work is a plus.
