SEN Teaching Assistant – Barnstaple – £24,926 per annum (pro rata, term - time only) – Permanent and Maternity Cover roles available – Start November 2025

A school in the Barnstaple area is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their specialist provision supporting children and young people aged 4 to 16. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in helping students with additional needs thrive in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
You'll be supporting learners with a range of complex needs—particularly around communication and interaction—and helping to create a calm, positive space where students can build confidence, engage with learning, and grow in independence.
