Due to expansion, we require an experienced Project Engineer to oversee temporary structural element projects from concept through to completion. Basic Salary:
Up to £50,000 (dependant on experience)

Project Engineer, Civil Engineer, Structural Engineer - Temporary Works, Formwork, Falsework
Role Overview:
We seek an experienced Project Engineer capable of leading the technical delivery of temporary works designs on high-profile infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead temporary works designs from concept to completion, especially formwork and falsework systems (various materials)
2. Review and produce technical drawings to a high standard
3. Produce and verify structural calculations
4. Collaborate with site teams, subcontractors, and designers
5. Mentor and guide junior Engineers
6. Maintain strong documentation, compliance, and quality control standards
Person Specification:
The ideal candidate will have experience in temporary structural elements projects, civil and/or structural engineering background, and a relevant degree (Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent). Knowledge of temporary works procedures and safety standards (e.g., BS5975) is essential. Chartered status (ICE or IStructE) or working towards it is preferred.
