They carry out new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects across the UK within multiple sectors including hospitality, leisure, education, residential and high residential. The Role: The business is looking for a Project Surveyor to join the commercial team. Initial projects are new build hotels in London. Long term there will be a range of other projects to work on so this opportunity will suit a Quantity Surveyor that has a diverse project background, able to manage projects from £30m to £50m in value. This opportunity is based full time in the Belfast office, with occasion travel to London (typically 2 days every fortnight).
