Terumo Aortic is seeking a strategic and experienced Therapy Value Stream Manager – Adjunctive to join our Therapy Value Stream team. This hybrid role is responsible for developing and executing the global strategy for Adjunctive Solutions, ensuring alignment with Terumo Aortic’s commercial strategy.
As Therapy Value Stream Manager – Adjunctive, you will lead the product lifecycle management for Adjunctive Solutions, including strategy development, product launches, market research, and lifecycle support. You will provide leadership to cross-functional teams and collaborate with sales, marketing, R&D, and physician Key Opinion Leaders to drive innovation and long-term business growth.
The Key Responsibilities of the role;
1. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for adjunctive portfolios.
2. Work closely with KOLs and R&D and external parties to define product direction, regulatory submissions, and supplier strategies.
3. Gather market intelligence, monitor statistics, and conduct competitor analysis.
4. Support business case development for new opportunities.
5. Lead product launches, including training, marketing campaigns, and post-launch feedback analysis.
6. Oversee lifecycle management of adjunctive solutions, ensuring IFU updates, CAPA input, and cost control.
7. Guide cross-functional Value Stream team members to deliver projects on time and to quality standards.
8. Collaborate with regulatory, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment with global business strategy.
9. Provide expertise for congresses, sales meetings, training courses, and physician education events.
10. Ensure compliance with ISO, MDR, and other quality and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will possess;
11. Bachelor’s degree required; clinical/sales support, product management and/or engineering background preferred.
12. Strong understanding of Terumo Aortic products, solutions, and clinical impact.
13. Experience working with Marketing, Sales, and R&D teams.
14. Proven ability to execute against strategic plans across global geographies.
15. Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
16. Ability to interpret and apply technical/clinical data in marketing activities.
17. Professional presentation skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
18. Experience leading cross-functional teams in international environments.
19. Global product launch planning and strategic business planning experience desirable.
