Role DescriptionAs the Academic Dean at CRAS, you will oversee the academic operations, ensuring educational programs meet high standards of quality and relevance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing curriculum development, supervising faculty, coordinating program development, and fostering innovation in educational practices. You will also play a pivotal role in academic administration, budget management, and aligning academic initiatives with institutional goals. This is a full-time hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with the flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
* Proven expertise in Curriculum Development and Program Development to design and enhance academic offerings
* Strong background in Academic Administration and Educational Leadership to manage academic staff and department operations effectively
* Extensive knowledge and experience in Education best practices and strategies for enhancing student learning
* Ability to lead within a dynamic online education environment and adapt to new learning technologies
* A master’s or doctoral degree in education, leadership, or a related field is preferred
* Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills
* Experience engaging with diverse communities and promoting inclusion
