Robert Half are currently recruiting a permanent Finance Manager role in Wiltshire. This is a full time position requiring someone with previous experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
1. Managing monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
2. Overseeing cashflow, payroll, and statutory reporting.
3. Supporting strategic decision-making with clear financial analysis.
4. Leading and developing the finance team.
Profile:
5. AAT qualified, qualified by experience or ACCA/CIMA qualified all considered.
6. Intermediate level excel (vlookups and pivot tables).
7. 2+ years of leadership experience.
8. Strong interpersonal skills.
Package
9. £50,000- £60,000.
10. 5 days onsite.
