A company that specialises in workplace pension schemes are seeking a dedicated professional to join the company, as a Procurement Administrator. They are looking for someone who will play a critical role in building and maintaining effective supplier relationships and performance, whilst collaborating with relevant departments to ensure effective delivery from suppliers to the business.
What you'll be doing
1. Supporting first-line business owners in identifying and selecting suppliers through in-depth research and analysis of financial stability, capacity, reputation, and quality standards.
2. Leading and managing end-to-end RFI/RFP processes, ensuring decisions are transparent, evidence-based, and fully auditable.
3. Building and nurturing strong supplier relationships to foster collaboration and delivering long-term value.
4. Analysing procurement spend and identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing and category management.
5. Partnering with Compliance and Risk teams to conduct supplier due diligence, ongoing monitoring, and KPI tracking.
6. Overseeing smooth onboarding of new suppliers, ensuring seamless integration with finance systems and business processes.
