: 6 Month FTC – Full or Part-time
Location : Crawley (min 2 days per week)
What you’ll be doing:
1. Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to acquire new subscribers and increase retention rates.
2. Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
3. Utilise various marketing channels, including digital, email, social media, and events, to promote subscription offerings.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the subscriber journey and enhance the customer experience.
5. Report on key performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
6. Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
7. Occasionally attend brand and company events where necessary to promote subscriptions.

8. Proven experience in subscription marketing or related roles within the media or publishing industry.
9. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
10. Effective copywriting skills.
11. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
12. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
13. Passion for the retail industry and a desire to stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies.
